Welcome to New Star Caterers! We are delighted to provide our catering services to you, and we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties. Before you proceed to use our services, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.

  • The Client Shall Provide A Covered Space For Cooking With Light, Electric Points And Continuous Water Supply Along With Proper Drainage.
  • Possession Of The Place A Day Prior To The Party Date.
  • Any Deposits Or Charges Towards The Venue Shall Be Solely Paid And Deposited By The Client.
  • All Mandap Arrangements To Be Done By The Party.
  • Please Arrange For ......no. Of Tables Along With Cloth & Frill.
  • Please Arrange For 30 Kv Of Power.
  • 75 Percent (75%) Of The Estimated Contract Cost Of The Project That Remains Due Shall Be Demanded Within 30 Days Prior To Function And Shall Be Deducted From The Final Payment. Balance Amount To Be Paid Immediately After The Completion Of The Function, And The Said Amount Shall Be Paid Without Any Deductions.
  • Additional Plates/head Count To Be Charged Extra.
  • Caterer Shall Have The Food Provision For Nearly 10% Exceeding The Guaranteed Pax. Any Complaint Regarding The Inadequate Food Supply Beyond That Number Will Not Be Entertained By The Caterer.
  • Caterer Assumes No Responsibility For Any Theft, Damage Or Loss Of Merchandise, Alcohol, Equipment, Furniture, Clothing, Cash, Jewellery Or Other Valuables Prior To, During Or After The Event.
  • Taxes Extra As Applicable (gst).
  • Food - Parcels Not Allowed.
  • Caterers Hold No Responsibility In Case Of Any Natural Calamity & Unavoidable Circumstances.
  • To Maintain Equitable Compensation Practices, We Request Clients Not To Provide Tips For Catering Services, As Our Staff, Including Laborers And Managers, Are Remunerated Through Established Salary Structures. Your Cooperation Is Appreciated.

  • Cancellation Clause:

  • All Prepayments And Deposits Shall Be Returned In Full (less 25% Of The Estimated Cost) If The Event Is Cancelled By Client Within 30 Days To 90 Days, From The Date Of Event.
  • If The Event Is Cancelled, Between 1 Days And 30 Days From The Event Date, All Prepayments And Deposits Are Returned To Client In Full (less 100% Percent (100%) Of The Service Deposit Which Shall Also Include 50 Percent (50%) Of The Estimated Contract Cost Of Project Grand Total Cost Due And Demandable 30 Days Prior To Function.
